1. About these terms
bisolbooks.com is operated by Bisol Books. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or over to open an account or buy.
2. What we sell
Printable digital books (PDF) for preschool children: storybooks, worksheets, activity books, flashcards and teacher packs. Physical educational products will be offered later; additional terms for delivery, returns and product safety will be published before they go on sale.
3. Family licence
Buying a PDF gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, read and print copies for the children in your own household. A purchase does not transfer copyright.
4. Classroom licence
For titles marked "Print for one class" and for teacher packs, one teacher may print copies for the pupils of one class at one school or kindergarten, for as long as that class runs. Other teachers, classes, branches or centres need their own purchase.
5. What is not permitted
Sharing or uploading the files, reselling the files or printed copies, removing identifying marks, or using the content in paid products or courses. Breaches may lead to account suspension without refund.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. One account per person; each title is purchased once per account.
7. Prices and payment
Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by a licensed payment gateway. An order is complete once payment confirmation is received, and the book then appears in My Library.
8. Refunds
Because digital products are delivered immediately, refunds are considered only for duplicate payments, irreparably corrupted files or unauthorised charges. Send requests within 14 days to help@bisolbooks.com. These terms do not affect any rights you have under Malaysian consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
9. Using our materials with children
Our materials are designed for children aged 4 to 6 with adult guidance. Supervise activities that involve scissors, glue, small objects or paper cut-outs. Age ranges are a guide only. Our materials supplement, and do not replace, formal preschool education; any reference to KSPK does not mean the Ministry of Education endorses them.
10. Content and copyright
Some titles are adapted from materials licensed from other publishers. All rights reserved. If you believe any content infringes your copyright, contact help@bisolbooks.com.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the title concerned.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The terms in force on the date of purchase apply to that purchase.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
