- How do I receive my book after buying it?
- Once payment is confirmed, the book appears in My Library. Log in and download the PDF any time.
- Can I print it more than once?
- Yes, for the children in your own family. Reprint the pages your child wants to do again.
- I teach kindergarten. Can I print copies for my class?
- Choose a book marked "Print for one class", or a teacher pack. Other books are for your own family only.
- Which books suit my child?
- Start with your child's age. Every book is marked with an age range, such as 4 to 5. For 6-year-olds, look for "Ready for Year 1".
- What payment methods are accepted?
- FPX (online banking), credit/debit cards and selected e-wallets. All transactions are processed by licensed payment gateways; we never store banking details.
- Can I get a refund?
- As digital books are delivered instantly, refunds are limited to duplicate payments, corrupted files or unauthorised charges. See the Terms for details.
